Return and Refund Policy

All products sold by Your Ally Library are digital products (PDF e-books) delivered instantly by email/download after purchase. Because digital files can be copied and used immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been delivered, except in the following cases:

• You did not receive your download link or file within 24 hours of purchase
• - The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or does not open
• - You were charged more than once for the same order

If any of the above applies to you, contact us at notharys2005@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number, and we will resend the file or issue a refund.
